there are some people that just aren't going anywhere
no matter how you try and no matter how far you go
at a moment's notice, they are never too far behind
even when the chapter has been closed
the book remains the same
it's odd.
the term "ex" doesn't mean a damn thing.
they still know your scent.
they still know your favorite snacks.
and they could never forget how to piss you off.
